Painted figures emerge through a warm patina, with light revealing the depth of the surface. Rounded panels establish a steady vertical rhythm, allowing the screen to divide a space gently while remaining a compelling focal point.
Folding Screens as Spatial Compositions
A screen defines an intimate area and can be viewed from different points in a room. On tall, rounded panels recall wings, with pale ALPI veneer and brass details emphasising the joins.
Horizon and Silent Step offer different silhouettes and approaches to dividing a space. A screen remains an independent artistic piece in an open room or a sheltered area. Light, panel position and viewpoint change how it is perceived.
